The final piece of the puzzle for a client is knowing when they will get their quilt back and how the process wraps up. At Mane Line Quilting, we prioritize clear communication so you are never left wondering about the status of your project.

Here is what you can expect regarding our timelines and the return of your finished quilt.

We know you are excited to see your finished project! Our standard turnaround time is typically 4 weeks or less from the date we receive your quilt and finalize your design choices.

• Peak Seasons: During busy times of the year (such as the lead-up to the winter holidays or graduation season), turnaround times may extend slightly. We will always post our current estimated lead time on our homepage and confirm it with you during your initial consultation.

• The “Finalized” Date: Please note that the turnaround clock begins once we have your quilt in hand and all design decisions (pattern, thread, and batting) have been confirmed.

Expedited Services

If you have a tight deadline for a gift or a special event, please reach out to us before sending your quilt. While we can’t always skip the line, we do our best to accommodate “quilt emergencies” when our schedule allows.

The Return Process

1. Quality Inspection Once the stitching is complete, we perform a final quality check. We ensure the tension is perfect, the threads are trimmed, and the quilt looks exactly as we discussed.

2. Invoicing As soon as your quilt is off the frame and ready to go, we will email you a detailed invoice. This will include the quilting service, bobbins, batting, and any additional services like trimming or binding.

• Secure Payment: You can pay your invoice safely online using any major credit card.

3. Shipping or Pickup

• For Local Clients: Once your invoice is paid, we will coordinate a pickup from our discussed secure location.

• For Mail-In Clients: We typically ship quilts back via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, which includes tracking and standard insurance. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email the moment your quilt is on its way home.

We love seeing our quilts “in the wild!” If you share a photo of your finished Mane Line quilt on social media, please tag us. There is nothing more rewarding for us than seeing a project we helped finish being used and loved in its new home.
