How to Submit Your Quilt

We keep the process simple. Fill out the form and we’ll confirm everything before quilting begins.

Quilt Size & Pricing

Edge-to-edge quilting is $0.025 per square inch
Thread is $2.00 per bobbin
Minimum charge is $50.00

Example:
A 64" × 72" quilt = 4,608 square inches
4,608 × $0.025 = $126.72

Preparing Your Quilt Top

• Quilt top should be square and flat

• Remove all loose threads

• Press seams well

Backing Requirements

Backing must be at least 5 inches larger on all sides

Example:
If your quilt is 64" × 72"
Backing should be at least 74" × 82"

We can sew backing pieces together if needed.

Batting Options

You can provide your own (low loft), or choose:

• 80/20 Cotton/Poly – $0.25 per linear inch

• Bamboo – $0.35 per linear inch

• Wool – $0.40 per linear inch

Batting must also be 5 inches larger on all sides

Finishing Options

• Trimming available

• Machine binding options available

Binding Options

Please provide 2.5" strips sewn together on the diagonal (can discuss other options):

• Front only – $0.16 per linear inch

• Back only – $0.16 per linear inch

• Complete back-to-front – $0.25 per linear inch
